Build your future.
Occupational therapy designed to support young adults as they navigate independence, identity, and life transitions.
Our experienced OTs are here to support you through the real challenges of young adult life. From building daily living skills, to finding your path in work, or navigating big life transitions, we help you move forward with confidence — and take you beyond what you thought was possible.
Building Everyday Life Skills
We support young people to develop the practical skills needed to manage daily life with greater independence. This includes self-care tasks like showering, dressing and personal organisation, as well as daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and maintaining routines at home. Therapy focuses on building confidence and consistency in these everyday tasks so they can be carried out more independently over time.
Strengthening Executive Functioning
Executive functioning skills are essential for navigating adult life, and we work closely with young people to build these in a practical, meaningful way. This may include support with planning and organisation, getting started on tasks, managing time effectively and following through with responsibilities. We tailor strategies to real-life situations, helping young people feel more capable and in control of their day-to-day routines.
Community Participation & Independence
We help young people engage more confidently in their community and everyday environments. This can include developing skills for shopping, ordering food, attending appointments, using public transport and participating in social or leisure activities. Therapy is often delivered in real-world settings to ensure skills are relevant, transferable and truly support independent participation.
Transition to Study, Work & Adulthood
Our services supports the transition into adulthood by building the foundational skills needed for further education, employment and independent living. This may include developing study routines, improving organisation and participation in learning environments, as well as building work readiness skills such as communication, punctuality and task management. We also support simple money management and budgeting skills to promote greater independence in everyday life.
